Before & After Photos

Tips for taking Great photos !

  • Natural light is your best friend!
    • During the day, face a window. Take your after photos in the same spot and at the same time of day you took your Before photos.
  • Mount your phone on a tripod or somewhere stationary.
  • Use your camera timer for multiple takes.

  • Take 3 images of your Full face and Neck
    • Look directly at the camera.
    • Photo of the right side of your face
    • Photo of the left side
  • Have the same facial expression in the Before and After photo. (Don’t have one with a slight smile and one with no smile)

Other areas to take photos of if affected:

  • Cellulite, knee area, hair density/thickness, and the back of your hands, and nails.

Distance:

  • Make sure the Before and After photos are the same distance. Don’t have one photo zoomed in and the other not.

Please watch the video on how to properly take before and after photos

Taking proper photos is important to track your progress

Some people need a little more time to notice/see changes, however most people start seeing or feeling noticeable results in as little as 3-5 days, so having  photos to look back on, to physically see the changes happening on the outside, is all from the internal changes happening on the inside!
